Generosity in Practice
See. Move. Stay. Act. Four moves for everyday generosity. Notice the person in front of you. Go first. Keep showing up. Put what you have to work for them. This foundational session turns something your people already believe into something they can practice on an ordinary Tuesday.

Eighteen Inches and a Thousand Miles
You can be close enough to pass the salt and still feel far apart. Drawing on Edward T. Hall's work on personal space, this session explores the gap between where your body is standing and where your attention actually is. We look at the habits that pull us away and practice returning to the person in front of us.

Everybody Had Somewhere Else to Be
One road. Four identities. The priest and the Levite passed by. The Samaritan stopped, used what he had, and arranged for care to continue. This session explores four identities through the Good Samaritan story and asks how who we believe we are shapes what we do. Who are we on an ordinary day, when someone needs us and we have somewhere else to be?

Generosity on Purpose
Most people can name what they value. Looking at where their money goes can be a harder conversation. I've spent years across the table from people in that moment. This session helps you name your values, decide what your money is for, and give on purpose instead of simply responding to whoever asked most recently.

Important vs Impact
A deadline gets your attention. A colleague staying behind after a meeting might not. Some meaningful moments arrive without a place on the calendar. This session explores how to recognize them and make room alongside real responsibilities. Sometimes a few unplanned minutes are how someone learns they can count on us.

Help People Find Their Part
Someone believes in your mission but isn't sure where they fit. This workshop helps you explore what they can offer across all nine ways to give, including contributions you may not have asked for. We practice connecting a person's skills, interests, and capacity with something your organization needs.
